Returns

If something is not right, we will fix it.

Breakage in transit

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the damaged pieces and, if you still have it, the box. We will replace the broken pieces at no cost. This is the one we care most about getting right, so do not hesitate to write.

Change of mind

Unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Once the pieces are back with us and checked, we refund to the original payment method within five working days.

What we cannot take back

Pieces that have been used or washed, and anything made or painted to a custom order. Sale pieces are returnable only if faulty.

Not a fault

Slight variation in line, colour and placement between pieces is a property of hand painting, not a defect. So are faint marks in the glaze and small differences in size within a set. If you would like to see exactly how much variation to expect before you order, write to us and we will send photographs of real stock.
