Shipping

We ship from our studio in Egypt.

Inside Egypt

Orders are packed within two to three working days. Delivery usually takes a further two to four working days depending on the governorate. Cairo and Giza are normally at the faster end of that.

International

We ship internationally on request. Because porcelain needs proper crating, international rates depend on the size of the order and the destination, so we quote them individually. Contact us with what you would like and where it is going, and we will come back with a cost and a timeline.

How things are packed

Every piece is wrapped by hand, separated, and boxed in sixes inside an outer carton. Breakage in transit is rare, but if it happens, see the returns page. Photograph the box before you open it fully if it arrives visibly damaged, as it makes the claim much easier.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves us. If it has not arrived within a day of dispatch, check your spam folder before writing to us, then write to us.
